Directly to the host, the way you both agree. itsFurnished never collects, holds, or takes a cut of rent or deposits. Before any payment is made we recommend getting the lease, deposit, and payment method in writing.
Every host has a verified ID. Every guest has a verified email and phone number before they can send a request. If something seems off, you can report a home or a person from their page.
Yes. Every stay is at least 30 days, and a host can set a longer minimum for their home.
