Subscribing to Publish Your Home
Publishing a home on itsFurnished takes a yearly subscription per home. Here is what it covers, how codes work, and how renewal and cancellation behave.
The itsFurnished Team·
A home needs a yearly subscription before it can be published. It is one flat price per home, shown before you pay. There are no booking fees, and guests pay you directly for their stays; itsFurnished never handles payments between you.
What it covers
One home, published for a year: guests can find it in search and on the map, and send you requests.
Codes
If you have a code, enter it when you subscribe. You see the total before you pay.
You can also add a code to an existing subscription from your home's subscription page. It applies from your next renewal, and replaces any code already there.
Some codes make the subscription free. Those go only to hosts we have approved in person, so subscribing with one also counts as your ID check.
Renewal
The subscription renews automatically each year.
Turning renewal off
Turn renewal off from your home's subscription page. Your home stays published until the end of the year you paid for, and you can turn renewal back on before then. After that, the home is unlisted until you subscribe and publish it again.
If a payment is failing when you turn renewal off, the subscription ends right away.
If a payment fails
Your home stays published while the payment is retried. Update your card from your home's subscription page. If the payment never goes through, the subscription ends and the home is unlisted until you subscribe and publish again.
Receipts
Your home's subscription page lists the payments for its current subscription, each with a receipt. Your Subscriptions page lists every subscription you have had, across all your homes.
