Reviewing and Publishing Your Listing

The screen where your listing comes together. Here is what it shows, what can hold publishing up, and what happens once your home is live.

The review screen is where you publish. It shows your home the way it will appear in search: your cover photo, title, city, and monthly price.

Take a last look

Check that the cover photo is your best one, the title says what and where, and the monthly price is the number you meant. Nothing is edited on this screen. If something looks wrong, go back to that screen, or publish and change it afterward.

What publishing needs

An answer to every question in the flow, a subscription for the home, a verified phone number, and a verified ID. If anything is missing, the flow takes you to the screen that needs it.

If your ID check is still running

Publishing waits until your ID check passes. Until then, this screen shows the check's status, and updates on its own while Stripe works. We email you when it is done.

Not ready yet?

Just leave. Your answers are saved and the draft stays private. You can publish later from your listing.

After you publish

Your home goes live right away, in search and on the map. When a guest is interested, they send a request, and you talk it over in Messages before anything is agreed. You decide who stays.

Keep your calendar current. Stays you agree to show there, and you can block dates the home is not available, including stays arranged elsewhere.

You can edit almost everything from your listing anytime, and changes go live right away. You can also unpublish whenever you need to.
